In the House of Representatives, April 28, 1982
1 WHEREAS, Certain questions have arisen relating to the
2 chiropractic examinations given by the State Board of
3 Chiropractic Examiners on November 11, 12 and 13, 1981; and
4 WHEREAS, It would be helpful to examine the testing practices
5 of this board, especially in relation to the tests given on the
6 above dates; therefore be it
7 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives hereby directs
8 the Professional Licensure Committee to investigate the State
9 Board of Chiropractic Examiners regarding its testing practices
10 and the tests given on November 11, 12 and 13, 1981; and be it
11 further
12 RESOLVED, That the committee may hold hearings, take
13 testimony, and make its investigation at such places as it deems
14 necessary within this Commonwealth. Each member of the committee
15 shall have power to administer oaths and affirmations to
16 witnesses appearing before the committee; and be it further
17 RESOLVED, That the committee report its findings to the House
1 of Representatives as soon as possible.
