                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 3, 1866 (P.L.418, No.382), entitled
     2     "An act to prevent the maintenance, or location, of bone
     3     boiling establishments in the Twenty-fourth ward of the city
     4     of Philadelphia."

     5     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     6  hereby enacts as follows:
     7     Section 1.  The act of April 3, 1866 (P.L.418, No.382),
     8  entitled "An act to prevent the maintenance, or location, of
     9  bone boiling establishments in the Twenty-fourth ward of the
    10  city of Philadelphia," is repealed.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
