AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Public Welfare for
2 continuation of the program for community living arrangements
3 for developmentally disabled.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $1,000,000, or as much thereof as may
7 be necessary, is specifically appropriated to the Department of
8 Public Welfare for the fiscal period July 1, 1981 to June 30,
9 1982 for the use of the Developmental Disabilities Council or
10 its successor to continue the program of community living
11 arrangements for the developmentally disabled.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1981.
