AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 1, 1933 (P.L.1172, No.290), entitled
2 "An act establishing certain streets in boroughs and
3 incorporated towns as State highways, and providing for their
4 construction and maintenance at the expense of the
5 Commonwealth," deleting a route in Brookville Borough,
6 Jefferson County and transferring such route to Brookville
7 Borough.
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. As much of section 2 as related to Route 33090 in
11 Brookville Borough, Jefferson County, act of June 1, 1933
12 (P.L.1172, No.290), referred to as the Borough State Highway
13 Law, added May 11, 1949 (P.L.1150, No.347), is deleted as
14 follows:
15 Section 2. The streets taken over under the authority of
16 this act are situate and described, as follows:

2 [Route 33090. Beginning at a point on Route 60 at the
3 Brookville Borough-Pine Creek Township line, thence southerly to
4 an intersection with Hiawatha Street, in Brookville Borough,
5 Jefferson County, a distance of about 0.6 of a mile.]

7 Section 2. On and after the effective date of this act, the
8 road described in section 1 shall be maintained, constructed and
9 reconstructed by the authorities of the borough in which it is
10 located.
11 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
