AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 18, 1980 (No.17A), entitled "An act to
2 provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and
3 Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt and
4 for the public schools for the fiscal period July 1, 1980 to
5 June 30, 1981 and for the payment of bills incurred and
6 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending
7 June 30, 1980; to provide supplemental appropriations from
8 the General Fund to the various departments of the
9 Commonwealth for the fiscal period July 1, 1979 to June 30,
10 1980," further providing for the "pothole hotline."
11 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
12 hereby enacts as follows:
13 Section 1. As much of section 201, act of June 18, 1980
14 (No.17A), known as the "General Appropriation Act of 1980," as
15 relates to the Governor's Action Center, is amended to read:
16 Section 201. The following sums, or as much thereof as may
17 be necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the
18 General Fund to the several hereinafter named agencies of the
19 Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the
20 Commonwealth for the payment of salaries, wages or other
21 compensation and travel expense of the duly elected or appointed
1 officers and employees of the Commonwealth, for payment of fees
2 of contractual services rendered, for the purchase or rental of
3 goods, services, printing, equipment, land and buildings and for
4 payment of any other expenses, as provided by law or by this
5 act, necessary for the proper conduct of the duties, functions
6 and activities and for the purposes hereinafter set forth for
7 the fiscal period beginning July 1, 1980 and for the payment of
8 bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal
9 period ending June 30, 1980.
