OF REPRESENTATIVES, AS AMENDED, MARCH 9, 1981
AN ACT
1 Providing additional funds to several agencies of the Executive
2 Department from the General Fund and the Motor License Fund.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the General
7 Fund to the several hereinafter named agencies of the Executive
8 Department of the Commonwealth for the payment of salaries,
9 wages or other compensation and travel expense of the duly
10 elected or appointed officers and employees of the Commonwealth,
11 for payment of fees of contractual services rendered, for the
12 purchase or rental of goods, services, printing, equipment, land
13 and buildings and for the payment of any other expenses, as
14 provided by law or by this act, necessary for the proper conduct
15 of the duties, functions and activities and for the purposes
16 hereinafter set forth for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1980
17 and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at
18 the close of the fiscal period ending June 30, 1980.

18 Section 2. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
19 necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the Motor
20 License Fund to the hereinafter named agencies of the
21 Commonwealth for the payment of salaries, wages and other
22 compensation and travel expenses of the duly elected or
23 appointed officers and employees of the Commonwealth, for
24 contractual services and other expenses necessary for the proper
25 conduct of the duties, functions and activities for the purposes
26 hereinafter set forth for the fiscal period beginning July 1,
27 1980 and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid
28 at the close of the fiscal period ending June 30, 1980.

7 Section 3. The funds provided in this act are in addition to
8 any funds provided in the act of June 18, 1980 (No.17A), known
9 as the "General Appropriation Act of 1980," the act of October
10 15, 1980 (No.164), known as the "Commonwealth Attorneys Act," or
11 the act of June 30, 1980 (No.22A), known as the "Motor License
12 Fund Supplement to the General Appropriation Act of 1980".
13 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
