AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to Indiana University of Pennsylvania
2 for its matching share of a Federal grant.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $275,000 or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary is hereby appropriated to the Indiana University of
7 Pennsylvania for its matching share of a Federal grant for a
8 program involving the investigation, development and refinement
9 of a process resulting in an emulsion-like fuel produced by a
10 unique mechachemical processing of blended portions of powdered
11 coal, water and fuel oil.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1980.
