                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
     2     Consolidated Statutes, providing for offenses relating to
     3     medical facilities.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Title 18, act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707,
     7  No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, is
     8  amended by adding a chapter to read:
     9                             CHAPTER 77
    10                          MEDICAL SERVICES
    11  Sec.
    12  3203.  Interruption of operation of medical facilities.
    13  § 3203.  Interruption of operation of medical facilities.
    14     (a)  Offense.--Any person who willfully interrupts the normal
    15  operation of a medical facility shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
    16  of the third degree.
    17     (b)  Definition.--As used in this section, the term "medical
    18  facility" shall include, but not be limited to, a clinic,

     1  hospital or the office of a physician.
     2     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
