AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Public Welfare for
2 the purchase of social services.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $707,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Public
7 Welfare for the fiscal period July 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980 for
8 the purchase of social services.
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
