AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for the issuance of special registration
3 plates for members of paid fire departments.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 75, act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707,
7 No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, is
8 amended by adding a section to read:
9 § 1345. Paid firefighters plates.
10 Upon application by a member of a paid fire department, the
11 department shall issue a special registration plate indicating
12 that the vehicle is owned by a member of a paid fire department.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
