AN ACT 1 Authorizing the Department of General Services, with the 2 approval of the Governor to sell and convey a certain lot or 3 tract of ground together with improvements thereon situate in 4 the Township of Mt. Joy, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. 5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 6 hereby enacts as follows: 7 Section 1. The Department of General Services, with the 8 approval of the Governor is hereby authorized on behalf of the 9 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to sell, at public sale, to the 10 highest bidder and convey all of the following described tract 11 of land together with improvements thereon situate in the 12 Township of Mt. Joy, Lancaster County, in the Commonwealth of 13 Pennsylvania: 14 All that certain tract of land situate in the Township of Mt. 15 Joy, Lancaster County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 16 bounded and described as follows, to wit: 17 Beginning at an iron pin on the north right-of-way line of 18 North Market Street (Pa. 230 & L.R. 129) in Mt. Joy Township, 19 Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, said point being 1,395 feet,
1 more or less, east of the intersection of the north right-of-way 2 line of North Market Street and the centerline of T-310; thence, 3 running north 1 degree 23 minutes 27 seconds west for a distance 4 of one hundred eighty-six and eighty-five hundredths (186.85) 5 feet to an iron pin; thence, turning and running south 82 6 degrees 23 minutes 27 seconds east for a distance of two hundred 7 and no hundredths (200.00) feet to an iron pin; thence, turning 8 and running south l degree 23 minutes 27 seconds east for a 9 distance of one hundred eighty-six and eighty-five hundredths 10 (186.85) feet to an iron pin on the north right-of-way line of 11 North Market Street; thence, turning and running north 82 12 degrees 23 minutes 27 seconds west along the north right-of-way 13 line of North Market Street for a distance of two hundred and no 14 hundredths (200.00) feet to the point of beginning. Containing 15 0.847 acres. 16 Being part of the tracts recorded in Book U, Volume 27, Page 17 315 and Book G, Volume 41, Page 361 Recorder of Deeds Office, 18 Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. 19 This conveyance shall be made under and subject, 20 nevertheless, to all easements, servitudes and rights of others, 21 including, but not confined to, streets, roadways and rights of 22 any telephone, telegraph, water, electric, gas or pipeline 23 companies, as well as under and subject, nevertheless, to any 24 estate or tenancies vested in third persons, whether or not 25 appearing of record, for any portion of the said land or 26 improvements erected thereon. 27 Section 2. All moneys received from the sale of the land 28 herein authorized shall be paid to the Elizabethtown Hospital 29 for Children and Youth. 30 Section 3.
