                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Schuylkill County Council for the
     2     Arts, Pottsville, Pennsylvania.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $95,000 or as much thereof as may be
     6  necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Schuylkill
     7  County Council for the Arts, Pottsville, Pennsylvania for the
     8  fiscal year July 1, 1977 to June 30, 1978 for the renovation of
     9  the Yuengling Mansion.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
