AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for trespass.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Chapter 35 of Title 18, act of November 25, 1970
6 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes, is amended by adding a section to read:

9 BURGLARY AND OTHER CRIMINAL INTRUSION

11 § 3504. Trespass across property.
12 Any person who, in order to effect a delivery of any kind,
13 fails to use sidewalks or other accepted and approved walkways
14 by crossing a lawn or other private property without the written
15 consent of the owner or occupant, shall upon conviction thereof
16 at a summary proceeding be sentenced to pay a fine of not more
17 than $50, or be imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.
18 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
