AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for crimes related
3 to fraudulent use of private club identification cards.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 18, act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707,
7 No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, is
8 amended by adding a section to read:
9 § 4913. Fraudulent use of private club identification cards.
10 Any person commits a misdemeanor of the third degree if such
11 person shall use or attempt to use any forged, copied or
12 deceptive private club identification card or any fraudulently
13 obtained private club identification card to gain entry to or
14 obtain services at any private club.
15 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
