AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the College of Physicians of
2 Philadelphia.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $500,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the College of Physicians
7 of Philadelphia, for the fiscal period July 1, 1977 to June 30,
8 1978, for operation and maintenance.
9 Section 2. The College of Physicians of Philadelphia shall
10 provide such information and in such form and manner as the
11 Department of Education may prescribe.
12 Section 3. The College of Physicians of Philadelphia, shall
13 report its revenues and expenditures and present its financial
14 statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting
15 principles and procedures for educational institutions as set
16 forth in the "Higher Education Finance Manual of 1975," without
17 exception.
18 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
