AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation APPROPRIATIONS to the Downingtown <--
2 Industrial and Agricultural School, Downingtown,
3 Pennsylvania.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. (A) The sum of $544,000, or as much thereof as <--
7 may be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the
8 Downingtown Industrial and Agricultural School of Downingtown,
9 Pennsylvania, for its fiscal period July 1, 1977 to June 30,
10 1978, for maintenance to be paid according to law.
11 (B) THE SUM OF $104,000 IS HEREBY SPECIFICALLY APPROPRIATED <--
12 TO THE DOWNINGTOWN INDUSTRIAL AND AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL OF
13 DOWNINGTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA, FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD JULY 1, 1977 TO
14 JUNE 30, 1978 FOR THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF REDUCING ACCUMULATED
15 DEBTS FOR PRIOR YEARS.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1977.
