AN ACT
1 Requiring the Department of Public Welfare to construct cottages
2 at the Pennhurst Center.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The Department of Public Welfare is hereby
6 authorized and shall, as soon as feasible, construct 50 new and
7 adequately equiped living cottages at the Pennhurst State School
8 and Hospital.
9 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
