AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, eliminating CERTAIN provisions <--
3 relating to Sunday trading.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Subchapter B of Chapter 73 SECTIONS 7361, 7363 <--
7 AND 7364 of Title 18, act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707, No.
8 230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, is ARE <--
9 repealed.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
