AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to the Philadelphia College of Art,
2 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $352,000, FOLLOWING SUMS, or as much <--
6 thereof as may be necessary, is ARE hereby specifically <--
7 appropriated to the Philadelphia College of Art, Philadelphia,
8 Pennsylvania, for its fiscal period July 1, 1975 to June 30,
9 1976, for general institutional expenses. THE PURPOSES AND IN <--
10 THE AMOUNTS AS SHOWN:
11 (1) FOR THE COST OF INSTRUCTION ...............$252,000
12 (2) FOR STUDENT AID ........................... 100,000
13 Section 2. Payments to the Philadelphia College of Art,
14 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on account of the appropriation
15 provided in section 1 shall be made on the basis of costs during
16 the fiscal period.
17 Section 3. The college shall provide such information and in
1 such form and manner as the Department of Education may
2 prescribe.
3 Section 4. The Philadelphia College of Art, Philadelphia,
4 Pennsylvania shall report its revenues and expenditures and
5 present its financial statement in accordance with generally
6 accepted accounting principles and procedures for educational
7 institutions as set forth in the "Industry Audit Guide for
8 Colleges and Universities" of the American Institute of
9 Certified Public Accountants of 1973, without exception.
10 Section 5. This act shall take effect July 1, 1975.
