AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to the Philadelphia College of Art,
2 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $352,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the
7 Philadelphia College of Art, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for its
8 fiscal period July 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976, for general
9 institutional expenses.
10 Section 2. Payments to the Philadelphia College of Art,
11 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on account of the appropriation
12 provided in section 1 shall be made on the basis of costs during
13 the fiscal period.
14 Section 3. The college shall provide such information and in
15 such form and manner as the Department of Education may
16 prescribe.
17 Section 4. The Philadelphia College of Art, Philadelphia,
18 Pennsylvania shall report its revenues and expenditures and
1 present its financial statement in accordance with generally
2 accepted accounting principles and procedures for educational
3 institutions as set forth in the "Industry Audit Guide for
4 Colleges and Universities" of the American Institute of
5 Certified Public Accountants of 1973, without exception.
6 Section 5. This act shall take effect July 1, 1975.
