AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Environmental
2 Resources for purchase of certain sewerage facilities plans
3 subject to certain limitations.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $175,000, or as much thereof as may be
7 necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Department
8 of Environmental Resources for the purpose of purchasing from
9 Jonestown Borough, Union Township and Swatara Township, Lebanon
10 County, the project plans for installation of public sewerage
11 facilities pursuant to the order and direction of the
12 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
13 Section 2. At such time as funds are available to Jonestown
14 Borough, Union Township and Swatara Township from the Federal
15 Government for the completion of the project, the Department of
16 Environmental Resources shall sell the project plans to
17 Jonestown Borough, Union Township and Swatara Township for the
18 same amount paid for the purchase of the plans. Upon receipt of
19 such money, the department shall deposit it in the State
1 Treasury for credit to the General Fund.
2 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
