                                     AN ACT

     1  Requiring the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission to construct an
     2     interchange on the turnpike between the Donegal and New
     3     Stanton Interchanges.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission shall
     7  construct, and thereafter maintain and repair, an interchange on
     8  the Pennsylvania Turnpike between the Donegal and New Stanton
     9  Interchanges at such location in Mount Pleasant Township,
    10  Westmoreland County, as shall be approved by the Governor and
    11  the Department of Transportation.
    12     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
