AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 30, 1975 (No.8-A), entitled "An act to
2 provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and
3 Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt and
4 for the public schools for the fiscal period July 1, 1975 to
5 June 30, 1976, and for the payment of bills incurred and
6 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending
7 June 30, 1975," making an additional appropriation to the
8 Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission for the
9 administration of the Valley Forge State Park.
10 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
11 hereby enacts as follows:
12 Section 1. Section 2, act of June 30, 1975 (No.8-A), known
13 as the "General Appropriation Act of 1975," amended December 16,
14 1975 (No.50-A), is amended as to the appropriation relating to
15 Valley Forge State Park to read:
16 Section 2. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
17 necessary, are hereby specifically appropriated from the General
18 Fund to the several hereinafter named agencies of the Executive,
19 Legislative and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth for the
20 payment of the salaries, wages or other compensation and travel
1 expense of the duly elected or appointed officers and employees
2 of the Commonwealth, for payment of fees of contractual services
3 rendered, for the purchase or rental of goods, services,
4 printing, equipment, land and buildings and for payment of any
5 other expenses, as provided by law or by this act, necessary for
6 the proper conduct of the duties, functions and activities and
7 for the purposes hereinafter set forth for the fiscal period
8 beginning July 1, 1975 and for the payment of bills incurred and
9 remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending June
10 30, 1975.
