                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Environmental
     2     Resources for grants-in-aid for solid waste demonstration
     3     projects.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $2,500,000 is hereby appropriated to
     7  the Department of Environmental Resources for grants-in-aid for
     8  demonstration projects in accordance with the act of July 20,
     9  1974 (P.L.572, No.198), known as the "Pennsylvania Solid Waste-
    10  Resource Recovery Development Act.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
