                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing for the display of the National and Pennsylvania flags
     2     on all public buildings for the year 1976.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  All State and municipal public buildings having
     6  flagpoles shall for the year 1976 display the National and
     7  Pennsylvania flags daily except in inclement weather as part of
     8  the Nation's bicentennial observance.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
