AN ACT
1 Amending the act of April 29, 1959 (P.L.58, No.32), entitled "An
2 act consolidating and revising the Vehicle Code, the Tractor
3 Code, the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Act and
4 other acts relating to the ownership, possession and use of
5 vehicles and tractors," requiring warning signs to be
6 installed at intersections where a delayed light is used for
7 traffic turning across traffic.
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. Subsection (e) of section 1028, act of April 29,
11 1959 (P.L.58, No.32), known as "The Vehicle Code," section
12 heading amended August 4, 1959 (P.L.598, No.201), is amended to
13 read:
14 Section 1028. Traffic Signal or Signs Interpretations.--

16 (e) Local authorities may provide for turns or movements
17 straight ahead on special green arrow signals. Where a left turn
18 is provided for in the above manner, there shall be no left
19 turns on green as above provided, when so indicated by official
20 signs. Where a delayed light is used to indicate a turn across
