                                     AN ACT

     1  Providing for an award of an additional sum of money for
     2     attorney fees when the finding is for the plaintiff in an
     3     assumpsit action.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Where there is a verdict award finding or default
     7  judgment in favor of the plaintiff in an assumpsit action in a
     8  court of record the court may award the plaintiff an additional
     9  sum of money in a reasonable amount for attorney fees.
