                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Public Welfare for
     2     establishment and operation of a medical facility in
     3     Armstrong County.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $50,000, or as much thereof as may be
     7  necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Department
     8  of Public Welfare for the establishment and operation of Kiski
     9  Valley Medical Facilities, Inc., in North Apollo Borough,
    10  Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
