AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for license-issuing agents.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Section 2722 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
6 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
7 § 2722. Authorized license-issuing agents.

9 (h) Minimum sales requirement.--Agents in urban environments
10 who primarily serve senior citizens, low-income families or the
11 handicapped shall be permitted to continue as agents by selling
12 a minimum of 100 licenses annually.
13 Section 2. The provisions of 58 Pa. Code § 143.23 are
14 abrogated to the extent they are inconsistent with this act.
15 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
