                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating S.R.1009 within Washington County, Pennsylvania, as
     2     the Morganza Road.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The section of S.R.1009 within Washington County,
     6  Pennsylvania, is designated and shall be known as the Morganza
     7  Road. The Department of Transportation shall erect suitable
     8  markers so designating this highway.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
