1Prohibiting the use of State funds for relocation of licensed
2facilities.

3The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4hereby enacts as follows:

5Section 1. Prohibition on use of State funds.

6(a) General rule.--No moneys of any fund in the State
7Treasury may be used directly or indirectly by a Commonwealth
8agency for the relocation of a licensed facility, and no
9Commonwealth agency shall provide State funds to any
10municipality or instrumentality thereof for the purpose of
11relocating a licensed facility.

12(b) Definitions.--As used in this section, the following
13words and phrases shall have the meanings given to them in this
14subsection:

15"Commonwealth agency." A defined in 62 Pa.C.S. § 103 
16(relating to definitions).

17"Licensed facility." As defined in 4 Pa.C.S. § 1103 

1(relating to definitions).

2Section 2. Effective date.

3This act shall take effect immediately.
