AS AMENDED ON THIRD CONSIDERATION, MAY 22, 1973
AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 30, 1966 (No.29-A), entitled "An act
2 making an appropriation out of the Motor License Fund to the
3 Department of Highways for the Appalachian Local Access Roads
4 program," further regulating the lapsing of funds.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 3, act of June 30, 1966 (No.29-A),
8 entitled "An act making an appropriation out of the Motor
9 License Fund to the Department of Highways for the Appalachian
10 Local Access Roads program," amended June 30, 1971 (No.12-A), is
11 amended to read:
12 Section 3. [Whatsoever of the] The amounts herein <--
13 appropriated [are unexpended or unencumbered as of June 30, <--
14 [1973] 1975 shall be a continuing appropriation and shall lapse. <--
15 only upon termination of such Federal programs or upon <--
16 expenditure of funds originally appropriated, whichever is
17 sooner.
