AN ACT
1 Providing for the use of proceeds received from the condemnation
2 of certain lands at Lock Haven University.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. All sums received from the condemnation of lands
6 owned by the Commonwealth and utilized by Lock Haven University
7 which have been condemned by the Army Corps of Engineers on
8 behalf of the Lock Haven Area Flood Protection Authority,
9 specifically Clinton County Tax Parcel Numbers 21-H-1-121
10 through 21-H-1-126 and 21-H-1-222, shall be used for improvement
11 to the replacement properties or remaining properties impacted
12 by this condemnation. All sums realized by the condemnation of
13 Tax Parcel Numbers 21-A-01-25, 21-A-01-26 and part of 21-A-01-24
14 shall be used for improvements to the remaining property
15 impacted by this condemnation. Any additional benefits received
16 from the condemnation shall be used by the university for public
17 improvement of the remaining Commonwealth properties impacted by
1 the condemnation.
2 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
