        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION, JUNE 28, 1990

                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating a bridge in Ambridge Borough, Beaver County, as the
     2     Charles P. Laughlin Memorial Bridge.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The bridge from State Route 65 over Conrail in
     6  Ambridge Borough, Beaver County, near the American Bridge Works
     7  Industrial Park is hereby designated and shall be known as the
     8  Charles P. Laughlin Memorial Bridge.
     9     Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect
    10  appropriate signs to indicate the designation under section 1.
    11     Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
