AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, changing certain fees.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Section 1916(a) of Title 75, act of November 25,
6 1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes, amended June 18, 1980 (No.68), is amended to read:
8 § 1916. Trucks and truck tractors.
9 (a) General rule.--The annual fee for registration of a
10 truck or truck tractor shall be determined by its registered
11 gross weight or combination weight in pounds according to the
12 following table:
