AN ACT
1 Making appropriations to reimburse volunteer fire companies for
2 legal costs resulting from fire protection services on
3 Commonwealth property.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The following sums, or as much thereof as may be
7 necessary, are hereby appropriated to the following volunteer
8 fire companies as compensation for legal costs incurred on and
9 after January 1, 1974 for providing fire protection services to
10 Commonwealth property:
11 (1) To the Perkiomen Township Volunteer
12 Fire Company..................................... $6,156.00
13 (2) To the Skippack Township Volunteer
14 Fire Company..................................... $6,000.00
15 Section 2. All funds appropriated herein which are
16 unexpended or unencumbered as of June 30, 1977, shall lapse.
17 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
