AN ACT
1 Transferring part of an appropriation account of the House of
2 Representatives to another house account for the fiscal year
3 1975-1976.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. The sum of $1,100,000 heretofore specifically
7 appropriated during the fiscal year 1975-1976 by the act of June
8 30, 1975 (No.8-A) known as the "General Appropriation Act of
9 1975," to the House of Representatives under the category of
10 "House Salaried Employes" (Symbol No. 01-42-04-75) is hereby
11 specifically transferred from such account and appropriated to
12 the appropriation account designated "Legislative Printing and
13 Expenses" (Symbol No. 01-42-76-75) for use by the House of
14 Representatives for unpaid bills and other legislative expenses
15 incurred during the fiscal year 1975-1976. The sum so
16 transferred and appropriated shall not lapse at the end of the
17 1975-1976 fiscal year but shall be available for expenditure
18 during the fiscal year 1976-1977.
19 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall
1 be retroactive to July 1, 1975.
