AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, requiring drivers' licenses to be delivered by
3 mail.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 75, act of November 25, 1970 (P.L.707,
7 No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is
8 amended by adding a section to read:
9 § 1520. Delivery of driver's license.
10 The driver's license shall be mailed to the driver in
11 accordance with the department regulations.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
