AN ACT 1 Amending the act of December 18, 1980 (P.L.1252, No.228), 2 entitled "A supplement to the act of October 6, 1980 3 (P.L.784, No.145), entitled 'An act providing for the capital 4 budget for the fiscal year 1980-1981,' itemizing public 5 improvement and furniture and equipment projects, to be 6 constructed by the Department of General Services and 7 transportation assistance projects to be acquired or 8 constructed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation 9 together with their estimated financial cost; authorizing the 10 incurring of debt without the approval of the electors for 11 the purpose of financing the projects to be constructed by 12 the Department of General Services or Department of 13 Transportation, stating the estimated useful life of the 14 projects; providing for the adoption of capital projects to 15 be financed from current revenues of the Boating Fund and the 16 Fish Fund and making an appropriation," reducing a project <-- 17 and adding a project in the Department of Public Welfare. 18 INCREASING A PROJECT WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, AND <-- 19 REDUCING A PROJECT, INCREASING A PROJECT, AND ADDING A 20 PROJECT IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WELFARE. 21 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 22 hereby enacts as follows: 23 Section 1. CLAUSE A, THE HEADING OF SUBCLAUSE III, <-- 24 SUBPROJECT (1) OF PROJECT (L) OF SUBCLAUSE III AND project (j) 25 AND PROJECT (T) of subclause IX of clause B of section 1, act of <--
