AN ACT
1 Amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, providing for use of credit and debit cards.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Title 30 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
6 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
7 § 325. Use of credit and debit cards.
8 (a) Sales of licenses and other items.--The executive
9 director with the approval of the commission may establish
10 policies and procedures for the use of credit cards and debit
11 cards for the purchase of licenses, permits, publications,
12 promotional items and other items sold or offered for sale by
13 the commission.
14 (b) Fines and settlements.--The executive director with the
15 approval of the commission may establish policies and procedures
16 for use of debit cards for persons to pay fines, settlements or
17 other amounts collected under this title.
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 90 days.
