AN ACT
1 Designating the interchange of I-90 and State Route 8 in Erie
2 County as the Louis A. Magnano Interchange.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The interchange of I-90 and State Route 8 in Erie
6 County is hereby designated as the Louis A. Magnano Interchange
7 in honor of Louis A. Magnano, owner of Blue Bird Bus Lines.
8 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect
9 signs to display the name of the interchange.
10 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
