AN ACT
1 Amending Title 37 (Historical and Museums) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for sites.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Section 303 of Title 37 of the Pennsylvania
6 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
7 § 303. Sites.
8 The commission shall have the power and duty to:

10 (8) Civilian Conservation Corps structures.--Lease to a
11 nonprofit organization, for educational, historical,
12 educational or community services use, a structure which is
13 owned by the Commonwealth, which has been built by the
14 Civilian Conservation Corps and which can be occupied by
15 individuals. A lease under this paragraph shall transfer
1 possession to the organization for a definite term in return
2 for restoration and maintenance of the structure, to the
3 satisfaction of the commission.
4 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
