AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for a special registration plate
3 for members of the Civilian Conservation Corps.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 1358. Special plates for persons who served in Civilian
9 Conservation Corps.
10 Upon application of any person who served in the Civilian
11 Conservation Corps, accompanied by a fee of $20 which shall be
12 in addition to the annual registration fee and by such
13 documentation as the department shall require, the department
14 shall issue to such person a special registration plate
15 designating the vehicle so registered as belonging to a person
16 who has served in the Civilian Conservation Corps. The special
17 registration plate may be used only on a passenger car or a
18 truck with a gross vehicle weight rating of not more than 9,000
1 pounds.
2 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
