AN ACT
1 Providing for the transfer of a certain roadway in Pittston
2 Township, Luzerne County, from Pittston Township to the
3 Department of Transportation.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Transfer of Armstrong Road from Pittston Township to
7 Department of Transportation.
8 The following county road is hereby adopted as a State
9 highway:
10 Township road, described as Armstrong Road in Pittston
11 Township, Luzerne County, from the intersection of State Road
12 315 to the intersection of Suscon Road, Pittston Township. The
13 total length of this roadway is 1.7 miles.
14 Section 2. Effective date.
15 This act shall take effect immediately.
