        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS, JUNE 5, 1989

                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania State Police to
     2     establish and operate a Deoxyribonucleic Acid Molecule
     3     Laboratory.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $361,000, or as much thereof as may be
     7  necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Pennsylvania State
     8  Police for the 1988-1989 fiscal year for the purpose of
     9  establishing and operating a Deoxyribonucleic Acid Molecule
    10  Laboratory.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
