AN ACT

Designating a portion of State Route 145 in Northampton and

2

Lehigh Counties as the Battle of the Bulge Veterans Memorial

3

Highway.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

5

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Battle of the Bulge Veterans Memorial Highway.

(a)  Designation.--State Route 145 in Lehigh Township,

8

Northampton County, from the intersection of Long Lane Road

9

southward to the intersection of U.S. Route 22, Whitehall

10

Township, Lehigh County, is hereby designated as the Battle of

11

the Bulge Veterans Memorial Highway.

(b)  PennDOT signs.--The Department of Transportation shall

13

erect signs at appropriate locations to designate the section of

highway described under subsection (a) as the Battle of the

2

Bulge Veterans Memorial Highway.

Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
