                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Agriculture for
     2     transfer to the Capital Loan Fund.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $2,000,000 is hereby appropriated to
     6  the Department of Agriculture for the fiscal year July 1, 1991,
     7  to June 30, 1992, for transfer to the Capital Loan Fund for
     8  Class IV loans to agricultural processors as authorized by the
     9  act of July 2, 1984 (P.L.545, No.109), known as the Capital Loan
    10  Fund Act.
    11     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1991, or
    12  immediately, whichever is later.
