           ROBINSON, HESS, LASHINGER, BUNT, FAIRCHILD AND BILLOW,
           MAY 2, 1989

        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION, MAY 2, 1989

                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating a section of Route 66 in Clarion County as the
     2     General Thomas L. Kane Memorial Highway.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  That section of Route 66 which lies within
     6  Clarion County is hereby designated and shall be known as the
     7  General Thomas L. Kane Memorial Highway.
     8     Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
     9  maintain road signs, which shall display the name of General
    10  Thomas L. Kane Memorial Highway, at the beginning and the end of
    11  the section of the highway designated in section 1.
    12     Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
