AN ACT
1 Authorizing and directing the Department of General Services,
2 with the approval of the Governor and the Department of
3 Agriculture, to convey to the West Norriton Ambulance Squad a
4 tract of land situate in West Norriton Township, Montgomery
5 County, Pennsylvania.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. The Department of General Services, with the
9 approval of the Governor and the Department of Agriculture, is
10 hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commonwealth of
11 Pennsylvania to grant and convey to the West Norriton Ambulance
12 Squad the following tract of land situate in West Norriton
13 Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
14 as follows:
15 Beginning at a point, an intersection of the northeasterly
16 side of Sterigere Street (60 feet wide) with the southeasterly
17 side of North Whitehall Road (40 feet wide); thence proceeding
18 along the southeasterly side of North Whitehall Road north 41
19 degrees 14 minutes east 467.00 feet to a point, a corner; thence
1 by other lands of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania of which this
2 is a part, the following two courses and distances:
3 (1) south 48 degrees 6 minutes east 467.00 feet to a
4 corner;
5 (2) south 41 degrees 14 minutes west 467.00 feet to a
6 point, a corner, on the northeasterly side of Sterigere
7 Street; thence along the northeasterly side of Sterigere
8 Street north 48 degrees 6 minutes west 467.00 feet to the
9 point of beginning.
10 Containing an area of 5.0063 acres as further shown on land
11 subdivision plan number 8524 dated March 22, 1985, and prepared
12 by John L. Dzedzy, civil engineer and land surveyor, Norristown,
13 Pennsylvania.
14 Section 2. The conveyance shall be made under and subject to
15 all easements, servitudes and rights of other, including, but
16 not confined to, streets, roadways and rights of any telephone,
17 telegraph, water, electric, sewer, gas or pipeline companies, as
18 well as under and subject to, any interest, estates or tenancies
19 vested in third persons, whether or not appearing of record.
20 Section 3. The deed of conveyance shall contain a clause
21 that the land conveyed shall be used for ambulance squad
22 purposes by the West Norriton Ambulance Squad and, if at any
23 time the West Norriton Ambulance Squad or its successor in
24 function conveys the land or permits the land to be used for any
25 purpose other than those aforementioned, the title thereto shall
26 immediately revert to and revest in the Commonwealth of
27 Pennsylvania.
28 Section 4. The deed of conveyance shall be approved as
29 provided by law and shall be executed by the Secretary of
30 General Services in the name of the Commonwealth of

1 Pennsylvania.
2 Section 5. Costs and fees incidental to this conveyance
3 shall be borne by the grantee.
4 Section 6. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
