AN ACT
1 Authorizing town councils to impose certain taxes for general
2 town purposes.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The council of every incorporated town shall have
6 power, by ordinance to levy and collect annually a tax on real
7 property within the town not exceeding 35 mills.
8 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
